The primary goal of Ayurveda is to uncover the root cause of disease and restore balance within the body and mind. During this initial 2 hour appointment we will discuss your immediate concerns as well as review your medical history. I will send you a medical history form ahead of time which will allow us to maximize the time together. Keep in mind that your appointment is a learning experience. Our goal is to provide a deeper understanding of how your particular body type, your dosha, affects everything in your life, from physiology and digestion to emotions and personality.
2 hour Ayurvedic consultation $200
You can book online anytime, simply choose the time that works best for you. Fill in your email below and submit. Please note that the appointment times are listed in CST. Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email with the client paperwork. Please submit as soon as you are able with at least 2 days prior to your appointment so I will have time to review. I will then send a Zoom link for our scheduled time.
